- Work directly with business partners to gather technical and business requirements, analyze and determine appropriate integration solutions, ensuring that the needs and business objectives of both OCB and partners are met.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Business, IT, Operations, Legal) to analyze requirements, assess feasibility, and finalize integration solutions.
- Conduct product acceptance testing after completing the integration, ensuring that the system's quality, features, and performance meet the specified requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate post-Golive to ensure stable operational flow, coordinate quick resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Develop (PnL report) and implement partner incentive programs to promote API connectivity and usage between OCB and partners, ensuring the achievement of the bank's business objectives.
- Participate in developing and packaging integration solutions suitable for the diverse needs of bank-wide customer segments, from individuals and small businesses to large enterprises.
- Participate in drafting, issuing, and standardizing internal processes and regulations related to the connection and operation of Open Banking
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate in Information Technology, Finance - Banking, Law, or related fields, with strong understanding of digital banking and regulatory requirements.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT project implementation or system integration in the banking technology industry.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, especially payment solutions and transaction banking.
- Data analysis skills to evaluate the effectiveness of promotion programs and propose improvements.
- Effective coordination skills with other departments, ability to coordinate stakeholders to ensure work progress and quality.
- Good communication skills (good at English is a plus), ability to present and explain complex technical issues to non-specialized audiences.
