Sales at HEINEKEN Vietnam is where business meets the people. From bustling traditional trade outlets to vibrant on-trade spots, Sales is the beating heart of our business.
Join us if you are:
✅ Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields with GPA ≥ 7.0/10 (2.8/4.0)
✅ Fresh graduate or have less than 2 years of experience (preferably in FMCG, beverages or consumer goods)
✅ Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn in a dynamic commercial environment
✅ Open to nationwide mobility or market-based roles when required
✅ Have demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities, personal projects or work experience
✅ Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with strong communication and collaboration skills
Selection process
✅ Round 1: Online applications (July 10 - August 10)
✅ Round 2: Online Aptitude Test (July & August)
✅ Round 3: Initial Interview (August)
✅ Round 4: Individual / Group Assessment (September)
✅ Round 5: Deep-Dive Interview (September)
✅ Round 6: Offer and Onboarding starting from October.
