[Healthcare] Exchange Server Support Technician

RESPONSIBILTIES
The exchange support technician will be providing technical support, engineering bandwidth to customer’s core technology platforms:
• AWS Cloud
• Exchange Server Administration
• Backups and Disaster Recovery

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Scope:
• Monitoring and acting upon infrastructure and application alarms that trigger in our environment
• Troubleshooting L3 issues with servers, storage, cloud, identity, virtual desktops, middleware, Exchange, or Microsoft 365 products. Solid experience in Exchange PowerShell scripting is essential;
• Complete standard service request tickets for building servers, virtual desktops, email objects, identity and AD accounts, among others.
• Participate in monthly patching of servers
• Act as technical owner of backup and disaster recovery tools, strategy, processes, and infrastructure. Lead all planning, architecture, issue resolution and planned maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of current backup and disaster recovery infrastructure

Maintain process documentation and SOPs for:
• New resource set up & onboarding
• Supporting new cloud infrastructure types
• Onboarding new accounts & applications
• Maintain incident management and issue resolution workflows and SOPs. Respond to issues and train other engineers on how to use tooling and remediate common issues.
• Participate in failover and disaster recovery exercises
• Maintain a list of reference architecture patterns for high availability with all different AWS cloud resources that we use. Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to build, standardize and keep these patterns up to date.
• Utilize scripts, automation tools and configuration management platforms to deploy and manage backup/disaster recovery/resiliency tooling.
