Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Ensures that the outlet is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise.
Assists the hotel sommelier to ensure that the wine list is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient, and meet brand quality and promises always.
Qualifications
Presentable in accordance with Aman image
Firm knowledge of dining room and kitchen procedures required
Previous supervisory or management experience required
Minimum 2 years in a supervising role in a fine dining establishment
Minimum of 3 years sommelier-related experiences
Strong interpersonal and sales skills
