Responsibilities

• Lead the team in balancing urgency vs. the incredibly high quality bar expected by both our customers and the broader LINE organization, through clear and repeatable engineering process
• Partner closely with leadership across all functions - Product, Design, Data, and Business
• Create a culture of strong technical ownership, resulting in highly reliable products and services at scale
• Foster a healthy and collaborative culture that embodies LINE's values and continue to develop LINE as one of the best place to work
• Contribute to architectural designs which can improve the efficiency, flexibility, and reliability of services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 12+ years of engineering experience in a medium-sized or larger tech company including 6+ years managing high performance teams
• Demonstrated ability to hire and grow senior leaders and managers
• Strong technical craft mastery and engineering discipline
• Deep organization capabilities, especially in regards to influence, collaboration, and communication
• Expertise and experience with Scrum and Agile development processes and methodologies
• Fluency in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skill in both languages
