Implement HR strategies, by establishing clear department accountability, including: talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, performance measurement, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, transition planning, vacation time, maternity leave, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
Manage the whole cycle of human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions.
Advise the Board of Directors on how to develop, improve and update policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicate and enforce organization values and purpose.
Monitor and enforce company compliance with legal requirements, by studying new legislation and advising the Board of Directors on necessary actions.
Maintain a variety of automated and manual personnel records, files, and reports.
Overall, align HR objectives with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience at a similar position.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of the labor laws and labor market.
Experience working in retail, logistical and manufacturing business processes.
Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail.
Fluent verbal and written Thai and English.
