Job Description :

Creative & Production for owned IP of The Lemon Shot

• Work with community (owned IP) team to come up with best-in-class creative and

production plan and execution to skyrocketed grow company owned communities

Creative Ideation and Production Oversee for Partnered Campaigns

• Lead the creative idea campaign ideation and oversee production efficiency to ensure best optimized outcome (business , marketing and award recognition) for brand partners

Creative and Production for Corporate Branding and Social Commerce

• Work with Social Commerce and Corp Communications team to come up with best-in-class creative and production plan and execution to skyrocketed grow company social commerce results and corporate branding impact

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Designing or related fields
• 7+ years experience in developing end-to-end creative and production work for successful brands
• 3+ years experience in team management and development
• Excellent knowledge and expertise in IP development from concept ideation, audience validation to cost-efficient IP production
• Experience in developing short-form IPs would be an advantage
• Experience in leading creative campaign ideation for clients and partners
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and a high sense of responsibility and ownership
• Experience managing stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Ability to speak and write in English and Thai fluently
