Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the event team to understand event objectives and create visual concepts accordingly

• Design promotional materials such as event posters, flyers, social media graphics, email banners, invitations, and brochures

• Develop on-site event visuals including backdrops, stage designs, signage, booth designs, wayfinding, and name tags

• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and adhere to guidelines

• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production

• Work with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery

• Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions

• Support the event team with additional creative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on event or experiential marketing

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

• Strong portfolio showcasing event-related design work

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Understanding of print production processes and digital asset optimization

• Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling
