Create detailed packaging mock-ups, including dielines, structural designs, and 3D visualizations, using industry-standard software.
Select appropriate colors, typography, imagery, and graphics to effectively communicate the product's value proposition and brand identity.
Ensure that designs comply with relevant industry regulations and standards, such as labeling requirements and sustainability guidelines.
Ensure the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of the packaging designs during the manufacturing process while managing materials delivery and tracking systems.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional results within tight deadlines.
Incorporate feedback from teams and other stakeholders to refine and improve packaging designs iteratively.
Adapt to varying project requirements and demonstrate flexibility to accommodate different design styles, aesthetics, and brand identities.
Who Are We Looking For?
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in design, with a focus on creating impactful and functional design solutions.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design projects across different product types.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp).
Excellent understanding of packaging design principles, including structural design, materials, printing processes, and production constraints.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating brand objectives into compelling packaging designs that resonate with the target audience.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts, collaborate with stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
