Job Description
The day-to-day activities:
1. Strategic planning and managed teams
- Assisted BKK regional manager in planning and implementing GTM strategy.
- Managed and supported acquisition team who will be a key player in this team to deliver their tasks and achieve their target.
- Evaluate team performance and identify hiring and training needs.
- Provide performance summary and valuable on-ground insight along with recommendations to core team
2. On-ground strategic partner acquisition
- Lead strategic partners acquisition and gain new product adoption.
- On-ground with the team to give them guidance and help uplift their performance.
The must haves:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Sales & marketing experience with customer facing role at 1-2 years.
- Strong leadership qualities, people management skills and hardworking in developing people.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Thai & English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, growth mindset.
- Able to transport in BKK & greater BKK area (Nonthaburi, Pathumthani, Samutprakarn)
