Position Details

Xây dựng kế hoạch tổng thể triển khai dự án, phối hợp hoàn thiện thủ tục pháp lý và thiết lập tiến độ thi công.
Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate legal procedures, and establish overall construction timelines.
Quản lý công tác đấu thầu và giám sát việc thực hiện hợp đồng của các nhà thầu.
Oversee tender processes and ensure contractors fulfill contract requirements.
Chịu trách nhiệm về kinh tế xây dựng: xác định tổng mức đầu tư, lập dự toán gói thầu, theo dõi và kiểm soát khối lượng thi công.
Handle construction economics: set total investment, prepare bid estimates, monitor and control contractor output.
Quản lý thiết kế: đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ của các đơn vị tư vấn, nghiệm thu hồ sơ thiết kế và phê duyệt shop drawings.
Manage design: ensure quality and schedule of consultants, approve design documents and shop drawings.
Quản lý kỹ thuật – chất lượng: lựa chọn giải pháp thi công, thẩm định biện pháp kỹ thuật, giám sát và kiểm tra chất lượng tại công trường.
Manage technical and quality aspects: select construction methods, validate technical approaches, supervise quality control onsite.
Quản lý khối lượng và chi phí: kiểm tra khối lượng hoàn thành của nhà thầu và xác nhận hồ sơ thanh toán quyết toán.
Oversee quantities and costs: verify contractor deliverables and approve final payment documents.
Quản lý an toàn và vệ sinh lao động tại công trường, đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn.
Manage occupational health and safety on site, ensuring compliance with regulations.
