Food And Beverage Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager. The primary responsibilities

include overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure high-quality

standards, managing budgets and inventory, and maintaining compliance with food safety

regulations. The role also involves designing menus, coordinating with suppliers, staff hiring and

training, and ensuring excellent customer service experiences. Collaboration with the broader

management team to implement strategies for growth and guest satisfaction is essential.

• Previous experience in a similar managerial role in 5-star hotlels or high-end restaurants.

• Strong expertise in Food and Beverage Management, including knowledge of menu

design and beverage program management

• Proficiency in Budget Management, Inventory Control, and Cost Optimization

• Employee management skills such as Staff Hiring, Training, and Leadership

• Customer service excellence and the ability to address guest needs effectively

• Familiarity with Food Safety Standards and adherence to industry compliance regulations

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is an advantage
