Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and verify project-related expenses, ensuring compliance with allocated budgets
• Monitor project revenue streams, including condo booking deposits, milestone payments, and hotel revenue streams
• Identify and address discrepancies between budget forecasts and actual expenditures
• Prepare detailed financial reports for project progress and overall profitability
• Analyze revenue and expenditure trends for both condominium and hotel projects, providing insights and recommendations to management
• Coordinate with the team to ensure data accuracy and timely submission of financial statements
• Work closely with a diverse team of young professionals (aged 20-30) to ensure smooth operations and alignment with financial goals
• Act as a mentor to team members, sharing knowledge and guiding them on financial best practices
• Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations
• Mitigate financial risks by implementing controls and monitoring processes
• Regularly evaluate and refine systems to meet evolving business needs
• Develop and implement financial systems to manage and track project budgets, purchase orders (PO), and payment requests (PR)
• Collaborate with teams to verify financial data and systematize reporting processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in system setup and budget control
• Proven track record in managing financial systems for large-scale projects
• Experience with property or hospitality industries is a plus but not mandatory
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• High proficiency in financial software and tools
