Investiage and work with Finance team to identify the complicated area /process and advice on process improvements and automations.
Identify and Perform on-going analysis of new project requests; prioritize and de-prioritize efforts based on alignment to overall Finance organization goals.
Develops, set up and proactively monitors the projects against plan, budget, benefits and scope and Support to the delivery of the business aspects of the programmes.
Responsible for ensuring strong financial controls are implemented and effective management for costs ensuring value for money can be demonstrated at each project and handles benefits identification, tracking and management.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, etc.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management/ PMO/ Business Consulting.
Familiarity with business systems such as SAP, BPC.
Team coordination – developing, leading, and coordinating cross-functional teams is essential for a successful finance project manager, as projects frequently involve other parties.
Communication skills – successful project managers are skilled communicators, able to report to executives and clearly communicate with team members across departments
