Sales and Growth Management: Drive sales, order volume, and buyer growth for sellers in your portfolio by launching seller-specific initiatives, identifying and seizing opportunities to strengthen seller performance.
Seller Engagement: Foster seller engagement on the platform by encouraging participation in campaigns, flash sales, assortment building, tool adoption, and deal hunting.
Internal Community Management: Manage internal seller communities via Line groups, Facebook, or forums, ensuring consistent communication and high engagement levels within key channels.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, Business, Key Account Management, or Retail (Offline/Online).

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
2-5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user-centered design
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
