Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure vision and products align within team strategy and requirements
Build and groom an AAA team – digital-enabled cash & carry van
Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team. Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
To manage business challenges while identifying, building and managing strategic partnerships, both internally and externally
Key Qualifications
5+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, venture capital, business development or e-commerce/ platform-based technology companies
Strong project management and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and hands-on problem-solving mentality
Strong top-down communications & presentation skills (both written & oral), and ability to engage with senior business leaders
A passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions to drive out of the box ideas
Experimental and strong entrepreneurial mindset
Track record and experience of incubating and scaling new businesses is highly preferred
Experience in Agriculture and Financial industry is highly preferred
