GENERAL SCOPE
Perform air direct operations duties as instructed by the Team Lead. This role requires someone experienced in Air Freight Logistics.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze volumes and plan bookings for all destinations based on the production plan/Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Combine and consolidate cargo based on KPIs, regulations, and customer requests.
- Update actual dimensions and weights for each shipment.
- Label air export shipment pallets.
- Create Master Air Waybills (MAWB) and House Air Waybills (HAWB) using the Cello system and airline systems.
- Generate shipping documents (MAWB, HAWB, Invoice, Packing List, Shipper's Letter of Instruction (SLI), Customs Clearance, etc.).
- Provide timely pre-alerts and updates to customers.
- Input Actual Time of Departure (ATD) and Actual Time of Arrival (ATA) from Hanoi Airport (HAN) to the final destination in the Tracking Entry system and Cello system daily.
- Send Bills of Lading (BLs) for all shipments daily with correct ATD and flight information.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and perform other tasks as required by management.
- Prepare draft manifests and conduct physical cargo checks at the Warehouse (WH).
- Print and affix labels to pallets.
- Print shipping documents (MAWB, HAWB, Invoice, Packing List, SLI, etc.).
- Update gross weight to the broker for customs declarations.
- Collaborate with ALSB/ASG/Airport for loading and trucking operations.
