    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (if required).
    • Communication Liaison: Facilitate effective communication between the CIO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring messages are accurately conveyed.
    • Cultural Bridge: Serve as a bridge between the CIO and Thai-speaking stakeholders, translating and interpreting as needed to facilitate understanding.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CIO.
    • Time Management: Manage priorities and deadlines effectively, handling confidential information with discretion.
    • Remote Work Support: Maintain efficiency and communication while working remotely, ensuring seamless operations despite physical distance.


    What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience in the logistics or related industry is a plus.
    • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and remote collaboration tools.
    • Fluency in Thai and English, with exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Proven experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate time zone differences.
    • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to bridge language barriers effectively.
