Communication Liaison: Facilitate effective communication between the CIO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring messages are accurately conveyed.
Cultural Bridge: Serve as a bridge between the CIO and Thai-speaking stakeholders, translating and interpreting as needed to facilitate understanding.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CIO.
Time Management: Manage priorities and deadlines effectively, handling confidential information with discretion.
Remote Work Support: Maintain efficiency and communication while working remotely, ensuring seamless operations despite physical distance.
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in the logistics or related industry is a plus.
Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and remote collaboration tools.
Fluency in Thai and English, with exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proven experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate time zone differences.
Cultural sensitivity and the ability to bridge language barriers effectively.
