To deliver high-quality instruction in AIHM College's Foundation Programme, preparing young students from Asia for success in universities worldwide. - Deliver engaging and effective lessons in your subject area within our internationally recognized foundation curriculum, actively participating in teaching activities at all levels.
- Contribute to integrated teaching across the programme, collaborating with colleagues from other subject areas to enhance interdisciplinary learning.
- Assess student progress regularly, including formative and summative assessments, and provide timely feedback.
- Participate in quality assurance procedures and maintain high academic standards.
- Support students in their preparation for global higher education opportunities, focusing on both academic and personal development.
- Actively engage in subject-specific activities and contribute to the wider life of AIHM College through participation in large-scale school events.
- Communicate regularly with other teachers to monitor and support students' language development and overall progress.

Qualifications
- A relevant academic qualification at UK graduate level or equivalent (Essential).
- For English language teachers: Recognized TEFL qualification (Essential).
- Relevant teaching experience (Essential). Normally a minimum of two years. (This experience should relate to the delivery of a Western-style syllabus using Western conventions and methodologies. Significant teaching/qualification management experience at a reputable university may also be acceptable.)
- A recognised teaching qualification in Economics. (Desirable).
- The ability to contribute to integrated teaching across the curriculum (Essential).
- An understanding of UK/western higher education and the needs and requirements of international students (Essential).
- Direct experience of further and higher education in an international context (Essential).
- Experience of the development of academic qualifications (Desirable).
- Experience of academic assessment and standards, and of quality assurance procedures (Desirable).
- Experience of teaching non-native speakers of English (Desirable).
- An understanding and appreciation of private sector education (Desirable).
