Scope
Ensure his/her individual sales achievement providing an impeccable service to clients
Partner with the store management to:
- Achievement of store sales budget
- Support all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an excellent client experience
- Perform with high integrity in in company compliance with Corporate departments
Key Accountabilities
Contribute to the sales target achievement selling product and providing an excellent service
Undertake all required tasks (shop floor and BoH) set by the store management team in an effective and timely manner
Coordinate and oversee the activities in the FoH and BoH as requested by the store management in order to meet the qualitative and quantitative results expected by the store. Main duties (depending on the store cluster):
- Coordinate the execution of all company initiatives within the store
- Support the Client Advisor in achieving the targets and develop both store and individual performance
- Organize the execution of the action defined by the store management to implement business action plans, to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment
- Participate in analyzing monthly KPIs and identify strategies to ensure performance standards are met
- Participate to the monthly CRM database analysis managed by the store management in order to facilitate and execute the CRM activities
- Oversee the shop floor in order to smooth operations and facilitate the collaboration with the BoH team
- Share information with the store management about the best and worst sellers, participate in deciding and implementing any improvements in the sale process and/or in the exposition of products
- Support cash operations if needed (is trained to use the till)
- Assist the store management in preparing schedules and leadership zoning, by analyzing the traffic trends and the peak hours to ensure adequate floor coverage and timely submission of payroll records for all employees
- Identify competencies gap and knowledge to develop in the Client Advisor
- Propose to the store management the Client Advisor development plans
- Coach the Client Advisor in selling competencies, tools and understanding key business metrics
- Arrange and/or deliver training sessions for the store employees to ensure people are fully educated on brand pillars and season strategy by partnering with the appropriate internal departments for product knowledge support
- Monitor the quality of the service offered to the clients and the performance level providing feedback on the shop floor
- Participate to the monthly coaching sessions conducted by the store management with the Client Advisor to review performance
- Ensure store compliance with company policy and procedures
- Promote and drive brand image through knowledge of product and ensure visual merchandising standards
- Minimize loss by ensuring loss prevention procedures are followed at all times and incidents are reported to store management team
- If requested, support, coordinate and oversee: the stock operations activities and tasks, the cash desk operations, cash handling procedures and transactions
Accountable for the Mentoring Program responsibility in accordance with the Retail Campus guidelines:
- Guarantee the “Mentoring Program” effective development
- Participate to the training and coordination activities proposed at a Country or Regional level
Perform other duties as directed
Job Qualifications & Specifications
- Minimum 4 years relevant sales management experience preferably in luxury fashion industry, with at least 2 years at supervisory level
- Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving
- Ability to propose and act new techniques and ideas
- Independent, flexible, willing to work under pressure and with strong communication skills
