What You'll Do:

• Lead in Asset Management, Operation and Maintenance, Field Service, Customer Service in business operation.
• Direct and manage all activities relating to the delivery of effective customer service
• Manage and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve asset performance and financial performance
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and performance report.
• Understand financial models to manage on project financial returns; conduct benchmarking and process analysis
• Work closely with Business Development, Engineering and Project management team to manage the development process and transition from development to execution.
• Execute and monitor agreements with O&M contractors and other Service Contract.
• liaise with stakeholder and government agency to ensure on continuity of Permit and License, Code of Practice, and ESG requirement.
• Drive process improvement and development initiatives
• Manage a team of up to 8 people

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 3 years’ of experience at a senior level with proven knowledge of managing in asset management of solar business (or other energy efficiency technology) and at least 10 years’ of experience in engineer service, industrial service, cooling industry, asset management or energy sector.

• Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
• Strong experience in performance tracking and business operation management
• Hands-on ability to deliver on short deadlines and evolving business requirements to deliver best possible outcomes;
• Resilient with a strong ability to work under pressure and multi-task to meet project demands;
• Relevant experience analyzing sites for solar PV project development and managing these projects from development to to pre-construction, construction and commissioning;
• Good understanding of the C&I rooftop market and key players in Thailand, as well as the policy outlook
• Good negotiation & relationship building skills, able to build and maintain rapport internally and externally
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
