Direct the development and execution of an integrated digital marketing strategy including social media, SEO/SEM that drives customer engagement and lead generation, while gathering data for analytic.
Develop marketing activities to acquire customer both new customers, up selling and cross selling. Able to specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction and lead generation
Identifying critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizing user funnels.
Cooperate with content management team to develop and execute overall content for website and social media channels
Create media plan with outside agency, manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spending and performance based on the insights.
Analyze key analytics, metrics and KPIs to optimize campaign strategies to hit key goals and report campaign performance.
Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
Support the management of all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, YouTube, FB, Line, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
Male/Female, age 25 - 35 years old.
Proven working experience in digital marketing or acquisition.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
