Collaborate closely with the consignment business development and marketing teams to align supply chain strategies with commercial targets.
Analyze inventory levels and replenishment plans to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiencies.
Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights for strategic inventory management decisions.
Recommend optimal purchasing quantities and advise on product assortment decisions to maximize profitability.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best offers and discounts for our customers.
Manage inventory storage across multiple distribution centers and warehouses, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
Identify and address inventory management challenges, proactively initiating mitigation plans as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and optimize internal processes for seamless inventory management.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and create efficient working processes.
Maintain relevant databases and prepare tracking reports to monitor inventory performance and key metrics.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Quantitative, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably with exposure to inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a sense of ownership towards achieving results.
