Customer Services Digital Marketing and Activities Operation
Responsibilities:
1) Monitoring, Perform and Ensure effectiveness of Customer Contact Strategy for the whole customer journey both ABO & non ABO to achieve Digital Target included Online Appointment Booking and Service Lead conversion both connect and non connect car
2) Initiate and develop marketing activities /event in order to support parts revenue target achievement.
3) Initiate and implement Customer contact strategy to offer and utilize customer database via Sales Forces Marketing Cloud
4) Establish and perform Customer Relationship Activities based on customer database on life style analysis and organize Service Clinic Activities
5) Coordinate, edit, and publish Customers Services Newsletter and manage all contents with standard format on weekly basis within given timeline
6) Initiate and Implement Activity and Program to maintain Customer Retention
7) Provide Customer Services Marketing Activities on monthly basis and Communication Report on quarterly basis to HUB, including support any required information as per HUB request.
8) Perform special Customer Services Marketing tasks as per assigned.
