You partners with all relevant internal and external stakeholders along the People with Diabetes (PwD)/Customer journey to bring value and to make a positive impact to both Roche’s integrated Personalized Diabetes Care (iPDM) strategic objective as well as to the Thai Diabetes Care ecosystem in general
You align/collaborate/partner/networks both within RDT organization in order to secure tools, resources and frameworks to reach objectives
You are responsible for the overall financial, strategic and license to operate goals of the unit for his/her Region
You are managing a number of direct reports (Account Value Partners and/or Account Value Consultants) with cross-channel responsibility (hospitals, clinics, pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, e-commerce, corporate sales, NGOs, etc.) within a predetermined a geography: Up-Country (UPC)
You focuse on the importance of bringing the outside in perspective from PwD and Customers, working with internal and external partners to uncover all potential opportunities to drive value to all stakeholders via RDT iPDM ecosystem. CEL also brings the inside out perspective, offering Roche expertise, science and knowledge to the Thailand Diabetes Care ecosystem
You partner with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients, HCPs, payers & community. CEL stewards Roche’s products and solutions through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use, which includes sharing their merits with HCPs in a truthful and balanced manner
You are capable of successfully leading and coaching team members in given territories for territory management, sales performance/effectiveness, business opportunities, and maximizing both financial as well as customer satisfaction objectives according to RDT business objectives
You work collaboratively with other internal functions to successfully drive commercial initiatives and achievement of overall company objectives
Who you are:
You hold a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, Pharmacy and other related healthcare fields and 10+ years of work experience related field. Proven expertise in Sales Leadership, including Sales Force Effectiveness, while being resilient and able to lead the team through dynamic changes and obstacles
A proficient language skill in Thai and good command of spoken and written English
You leverage direct engagement with HCPs, Patient Associations, Diabetes Association, Nurse Association, other stakeholders (procurement, payers) as well as insight from direct reports to co-create together with Marketing & Medical an evolving PwD/Customer Journey mapping in alignment with value proposition framework
You propose the Sales Incentive Scheme, sales territory allocation, Sales Force KPIs also in charge of organizing the monthly Sales Management meeting
