Manage end-to-end omnichannel CRM campaigns, personalized communication & offers. Ensure timeline and key results such as Reach, Sales, Uplift, Conversion rate, Participation rate, and ROI delivered as planned.
Analyze customer insights and post campaign results to create learning and action plan. Design campaigns planning on Target customers, Mechanic, Personalize contents, and Customer journey.
Analyze Customer movement such as RFM, CLV and other customer segmentation model to manage and ensure effectiveness of Loyalty program and Life cycle campaigns by grooming new customers from the first day, retaining high-value customers, and prevent lapsed customers while improving their spending.
Evaluate point burn and earn program effectiveness, be a key person to give recommendations to merchandising and other related team.
Apply learnings and insights to create rule base automation CRM campaigns.
Apply Customer behavior, Trends, and Segmentation to tailor personalize contents in CRM campaigns to deliver the best customer experience and campaign results.
Turn insights into used case with action plan including content, artwork, mechanic, communication channel, and communicate to the right customers.
Work with marketing communication team, provide content, and campaign brief to create campaign artworks.
Collaborate with Merchandising and Trade plan team to create CRM campaigns that answer their business objective.
Be a key contact point between Department stores and The1, to manage smooth campaign execution, overview campaign result, and identify new opportunities to create initiative programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor or higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Communications, Computer Science, Computer engineering or related fields.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Data analytic, and related field and at least 1 year in CRM or Performance marketing.
Strong analytical and business communication skills.
Good Collaboration skills, able to work with dynamic across functions such as Marketing communication, Data analyst, Digital marketing, IT, Merchandising, and Operation team.
Good with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Able to use Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Having experience in personalization technology and Marketing automation system is a plus.
