Job Descriptions:

• Perform credit risk portfolio management including credit policy, credit risk appetite, usage of credit scoring and credit risk review.
• Perform portfolio monitoring on a regular basis, identify and understand the respective portfolio’s risk drivers across relevant credit cycle with a combination of leading/lagging and vintage indicators.
• Perform impact analysis arising from changes to regulatory guidelines as and when these are introduced.
• Working closely including provide comments and suggestions with model development team in the development and maintenance of these retail scorecard models.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful business insights.
• Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in credit data.
• Participate in model validation exercises and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
• Engage with relevant business units for any tasks related to credit risk.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or related fields
• Detailed working knowledge of all parts of the credit lifecycle (originations, underwriting, portfolio management) are required.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and automation. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
