Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Develop content strategies that align with brand positioning, campaign objectives, audience insights, and overall marketing goals across multiple clients and industries.
• Translate brand narratives, values, and messaging into compelling content themes, storylines, and formats that resonate throughout the customer journey.
• Create and oversee high-quality, engaging content across platforms, including social media, websites, campaigns, presentations, and brand storytelling assets.
• Collaborate closely with designers and marketers to ensure content and visuals work cohesively and consistently across all touchpoints.
• Optimise content performance through insights, analytics, and trends to improve reach, engagement, and brand impact.
• Plan, manage, and maintain content calendars for multiple projects, ensuring timely production, publication, and campaign rollouts.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in developing content marketing strategies or brand-driven content.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling across multiple industries.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills, with the ability to adapt tone, voice, and messaging for different brands and audiences.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to turn insights, research, and data into clear content directions.
• Experience creating and managing content across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with content performance analysis, basic analytics, and optimisation.
• Strong content planning skills with a refined sense of aesthetics and brand sensibility.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a strong sense of cultural awareness to create relevant and meaningful content.
• Strong communication skills with good command of both Thai and English.
