In this Role, you’ll get to
- Business Operations: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for Thailand car rental business, including revenue management, cost control, marketing, budgeting, KPIs defining and tracking, and responsible for business profit and loss.
- Market Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct overseas car rental market trends research, gain insights into overseas market changes and continuously optimize local business strategies and network.
- Supplier and Account Management: Establish local supply chain development strategy, build and maintain long-term partnerships with key suppliers to reduce costs, optimize profits and provide differentiated customer experiences, enhancing brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Internal and External Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure effective operation of local car rental business.
- Team Management: Keep an eye on organization and talent development. Optimize organization structure and ensure efficient staffing to develop a high-performing team.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or above, with over 8 years of senior management experience in local car rental industry or travel industry. Proven track of local car rental market operations, adept at summarizing methodologies.
- Keen business acumen and strong strategic planning abilities, capable of leveraging resources and interpersonal skills to manage long-term partnerships with stakeholders.
- Ability to identify, coach and manage talents, lead and motivate the team to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Thai, business proficiency in English.
- Business travel is required when necessary.
