Corporate Tax Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert tax planning support for Thai trade and logistics operations, encompassing meticulous tax reviews of contract terms and thorough invoice verification to ensure compliance with local tax regulations. 2. Coordinate and verify tax declaration data for Thai entities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. 3. Offer comprehensive support for Thai export tax refunds, navigating intricate processes to optimize financial benefits for the organization. 4. Strategically manage responses to Thai tax inspections, demonstrating a deep understanding of local tax laws and meticulous preparation to address any inquiries effectively. 5. Collaborate with the business side to resolve a spectrum of tax-related issues, leveraging expertise to provide insightful solutions that align with organizational objectives. 6. Execute additional tasks as delegated by leadership, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to meeting evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, taxation, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in local trade or logistics companies and a background at a Big Four firm.

2. Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages, with a preference for candidates who also have knowledge of Thai.

3. Possess over 5 years of experience in tax management, demonstrating exceptional abilities in tax management, risk assessment, and coordination, with the capacity for independent judgment on professional issues.

4. Demonstrate an innovative mindset, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong spirit of teamwork.

5. Exhibit a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented work approach, with the ability to handle substantial work pressure effectively.
