Continuous Improvement Manager

Join a global leader in power transmission and control, located in Ben Cat, Binh Duong. We seek a highly skilled professional for a crucial Continuous Improvement Manager role, spearheading innovation and operational excellence. This position will be responsible for identifying, leading, and implementing the CI strategy utilizing Lean and WCM methodologies across assigned business units to achieve quantifiable, bottom-line results. This includes conducting business assessments, developing strategic plans, facilitating improvement events, and ensuring ongoing success through standardized work procedures. Responsibilities include developing and implementing measurement tools, recommending CI projects with detailed budget and cost-benefit analysis, managing project resources and timelines, coaching and training staff on CI principles, facilitating improvement events, leveraging best practices, and developing short- and long-term strategic plans. This role also encompasses team building, fostering a collaborative environment, managing staff performance, and providing recognition. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, proven project management abilities, and a demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, the role includes needs identification for training programs, development and implementation of training materials, and providing coaching and mentoring support to individual staff members.
