Write high-quality, tailor made content for continuous improvement of the ManageEngine website - making use of SEO principles, and analyzing past data.
Design and implement email marketing campaigns to improve awareness about the company. Analyze data for continuous improvement of email campaigns.
Identify relevant trends and topics, and develop persuasive, high quality region specific long form content - blogs, thought leadership articles, industry stories, e-books, white papers, website content, and more. Liaise with the PR team to get it published in the right media. Most of the content will have to be created in regional language.
Localize content produced on global level with regional context. This includes repurposing existing content, translating English content to local language, and/or reviewing the larger pieces of content received from translation agencies.
Collaborate with external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content.
Measure the impact of published content and perform analysis to improve critical metrics. Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to strategize and create content and messaging relevant to the target audience.
Exceptional writing, communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
Bilingual fluency in the English and local language(s), for content creation, communication and general collaboration.
Ability to ship great content under tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.
Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex technical matters in a simple manner without using jargon.
Preferred Qualifications
Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience with qualification in literature, technical writing, or mass communication.
Candidates with experience in other relevant fields - like marketing and technical writing.
2 years of content writing experience on the Internet, media and high-tech industries.
Your skill set is a nice intersection between copywriting, technical writing, marketing, and public speaking.
The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
