Plan and develop creative content ideas aligned with the brand’s identity

Write articles, taglines, captions, and engaging content for target audiences

Shoot and edit photos/videos professionally for social media (15–20 content pieces per month)

Utilize social media platforms effectively, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Maintain consistent brand Mood & Tone across all content

Analyze content performance (Reach, Engagement, Conversion) and apply insights to improve future content

Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, events, PR, and brand campaigns

Manage content seeding and distribution across relevant channels, partner pages, and niche communities

Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in content creation or social media management

Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is required

Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills and a clear understanding of target audiences

Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop

Good understanding of social media algorithms and effective content formats for each platform
