Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy :
- Develop pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives.
- Run business cases related to new/ updates pricing, commercial policy initiative/ updates, and changes in route to market for new situation.
- Coordinate in creating seasonal commercial offers and conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysis.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Financial Team in developing price authorization for new product launch and/or existing product re-pricing.
- Track performance during and post the program against KPI to understand the effectiveness of ad-hoc/seasonal commercial offers to help in better decision making for similar future campaigns. Sharing information and suggestion to Leadership Team.
- Conduct Transaction Monitoring/Testing in the areas related to Pricing & Commercial Policy or some other areas as assigned.
- Work closely with International Trade and Operational Pricing
Business Partner :
- Provide strategic, operational and communications supporting cross-functional team to enhance business objectives clarity, engagement, and organizational efficiency.
- Key liaison / facilitator with commercial/global functions and other business units to gain alignment and support; coordinate with the other regional/local cross functional colleagues to identify and implement assigned projects.
- Supports planning, implementation and management of Thailand priorities and projects including operational excellence related initiative.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- MBA or equivalent degree; position requires at least 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or like function with demonstrated success working with the commercial organization.
- Strong experience in coordinating and working with Management level especially Commercial Lead and Functional Leads to develop and execute projects.
- Strong experience in project management &/or specific experience in commercial operations
