Cloud Business Advisor

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, defining sourcing strategies, and selecting providers that align with our customers’ IT and automation strategies.
• You will be the trusted advisor, accountable for delivering highly complex, multi-disciplined consulting engagements that provide lasting and measurable value to our esteemed customers. Your expertise in prioritizing use cases, conducting ROI and business case analyses, and seamlessly incorporating security and resiliency into future state designs will shape the foundation for success.
• You will strategically develop a future state vision and roadmap, revolutionizing the infrastructure and network requirements to meet the ever-evolving needs of both IT and business.
• You'll be the catalyst for improved performance and productivity, identifying areas where efficiency can be optimized, costs minimized, risks reduced, and performance enhanced. You will capture, prioritize, and analyze technical requirements, both functional and non-functional, ensuring that every aspect of the solution is meticulously crafted to perfection.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant degree is a must.
• Requires at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Cloud Architect, Cloud Specialist, or other relevant experience.
• Prior expertise in providing Platform (cloud/hybrid cloud) roadmap design, planning, strategy is a must and is critical for this role.
• Prior expertise in ITIL and ITIL Certification is required.
• Prior impressive background in various IT Operating Models and building organizations to deploy and support key technologies is required and critical to the role.
• Subject matter expertise in at least one platform, especially AWS Cloud (e.g. cloud computing, cloud hyperscaler) is required.
• Prior working knowledge in DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum constructs to identify inefficiencies through readiness assessments and strategy development and approaches to optimize the implementation of IT or Cloud resources and capabilities is pivotal to this role.

Preferred Skills, Qualities, and Capabilities:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences is highly appreciated.
• Prior impressive background in Enterprise Architecture Framework
• Prior excellent experience with various IT Operating Models and building organizations to deploy and support key technologies is strongly encouraged.
• Advanced certification on key technologies within your platform or area of expertise is highly appreciated.
• Impressive ability to articulate key technologies’ impact on security, availability, cost, capacity, etc. is pivotal to the role and strongly recommended.
• Prior background in Agile (Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum) is strongly appreciated.
