The Senior Manager, Recruitment will play a key role in strengthening Chubb Life Vietnam’s recruitment engine by ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality agency candidates. This role focuses on designing and executing recruitment campaigns, coaching recruiters, and providing data-driven insights to improve both volume and quality of new recruits.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Campaigns: Design and execute national and regional recruitment campaigns for General, Elite, and Exchange/Exchange Pro segments.
- Recruiter Enablement: Develop toolkits, scripts, and training content to professionalize recruiter skills.
- Data & Insights: Track recruitment funnel (lead to M0) and generate insights to improve conversion rates.
- Governance & Quality: Support Head of Recruitment in enforcing governance standards and candidate qualification criteria.
- Collaboration: Partner with Training, Sales, and Digital teams to improve recruiter engagement and candidate experience.
Expectation
6–8 years in agency business, with at least 3 years in recruitment management.
Proven ability to work with Sales, Training, and Operations teams
Comfortable analyzing recruitment funnel data, providing actionable recommendations
Strong presentation, training, and coaching capability
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese for business communication
Willing to adopt new methods, tools, and digital recruitment platforms
