Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed campaign briefs to guide cross-functional teams in executing marketing initiatives
• Ensure all necessary information, including timelines, objectives, and deliverables, is clearly outlined and communicated
• Collaborate with the merchandise team to facilitate artwork approvals, ensuring they align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
• Work with the team to select and confirm the right products for each campaign
• QC all campaign elements, such as products, pricing, promotions, and visuals, are properly configured before launch
• Maintain organized documentation of campaign details and approvals for future reference

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a marketing coordination or administrative role is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with campaign management tools or platforms
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
