What Will You Do?

• Oversee and Coordinate Projects: Manage the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring they align with program goals and objectives.
• Monitor Project Statuses: Track and report on project progress, identify interdependencies and potential risks, and implement solutions to address conflicts and ensure seamless integration and progress.
• Operationalize Project Management Standards: Ensure adherence to established project management standards and processes, promoting consistency and excellence across all projects.
• Support Continuous Improvement: Guide and support project teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing lessons learned and best practices to enhance project delivery.
• Facilitate Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the program and projects, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to achieve program objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in consulting, banking, or a similar field.
• Knowledge: Relevant knowledge in project management or business transformation.
• Team Orientation: Collaborative working style, both with clients and within the organization.
• Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships.
