- Organizing by end-to end process view rather than function view
- Digitize, Optimize and Control
- Collaborate with Process Owner to define SLA
- Organization Change Management
2. Business Process Improvement and Optimization.
- Improve existing processes by Leads large scale, cross-functional initiatives that are intended to improve performance and quality
- Monitor and measure process improvement to increase revenue, reduce cost and increase customer and partner satisfaction.
- Design Human path & BOT path to transform process by using Automation Tools and Cognitive Automation
3. Business Process Standardization
- Be BPM COE
- Establish Process Governance
- Build Process Steward “Everyone can be Process Designer”
- Manage Process Assets Repository
