Business Intelligence Analyst (Digital Services), Zalopay

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Digital Services team. The ideal candidate should possess both strong analytical skills and business acumen to leverage data-driven insights that will drive growth across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends and opportunities for business growth and optimization

• Develop dynamic metrics, benchmarks and analytical frameworks which enable actionable insights and reliable measurement

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations to effectively communicate performance metrics and insights

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role, ideally in tech firms (fintech, e-commerce, ride-hailing, etc.)

• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical programming languages (R, Python). Experience in PySpark is a plus

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including an ability to communicate with both business and technical teams

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
