Job Description

  • Support the execution of Bluebik’s partnership strategy with a strong focus on generating sales pipeline and revenue through partners.

  • Identify and develop relationships with technology partners, consulting firms, and ecosystem players aligned with Bluebik’s service offerings.

  • Drive joint business development activities including co‑selling motions, account mapping, partner meetings, and opportunity identification.

  • Work closely with internal Sales teams to convert partner leads into qualified pipeline and closed deals.

  • Coordinate and execute joint go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives such as webinars, events, solution campaigns, and partner marketing activities.

  • Support solution positioning and proposal development for partner‑led opportunities.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with partner managers and sales teams to ensure continuous deal flow.

  • Track partnership activities and performance metrics including pipeline value, deal status, and conversion rate.

  • Assist in expanding regional and international opportunities through partner collaboration, under guidance from senior leadership.

  • Represent Bluebik in partner meetings, workshops, and selected industry events.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 5 - 6 years of experience in partnership management or business development in a technology or consulting firm.

  • Proven track record of driving growth through strategic relationships and partnerships.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Deep understanding of digital transformation services and technology landscapes.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure partnership ROI.
