Business Development Manager
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager – New Brand Launch, you will be responsible for spearheading the development, execution, and market entry of our new beauty and wellness brands. In this unique role, you will operate with limited resources in the initial phases, requiring a high degree of independence, problem-solving ability, and resilience. You will be a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, capable of turning an idea into a commercially viable brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Market Entry
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for new brands.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes.
Define brand positioning, pricing, and distribution strategies.
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify and establish key partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers.
Negotiate contracts and collaborations that drive brand growth.
Develop strategies for brand awareness and initial customer acquisition.
Operations & Execution
Oversee the product development process, working with R&D and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
Manage budgets efficiently, making strategic decisions with limited resources.
Handle initial sales efforts, securing early adopters and key accounts.
Resilience & Entrepreneurial Leadership
Operate autonomously with minimal oversight while making high-impact decisions.
Overcome obstacles in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Adapt strategies based on real-time feedback and market dynamics.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business development, brand management, or startups, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or FMCG industries.
Proven experience launching new brands, products, or businesses.
Strong network and understanding of the beauty & wellness ecosystem.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in the early stages.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Experience managing budgets and maximizing impact with limited resources.
