• Prior experience in coordination.

• Coordinate activities among the quality control department of the extraction mill, the warehouse department, sales department, purchasing department, and other relevant departments. Additionally, provide support to the sales department.
• Manage document follow-up and preparation, ensuring the availability of supporting information for customers. Assist in compiling documents from various departments and other factory-related activities. Oversee and monitor the tasks of administrative staff and the warehouse department.
