Business Analyst (Japan Market)

• Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Create business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and business process flows.

• Act as a liaison between business users and the development team to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.

• Work closely with the QA team to support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Monitor project progress and propose improvements when necessary.

• Ensure all documentation is clear, well-structured, and consistently updated throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Domain Knowledge

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Required: Experience in the manufacturing domain.

• Preferred: Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Language & Communication

• Strong English communication skills, especially in business discussions, requirement analysis, and technical exchanges.

• Able to communicate professionally and clearly with both development teams and clients.

Technical Skills

• Experience in system analysis and solution design.

• Familiarity with databases and API integrations.

• Experience in system integration projects.

• Proficiency in software development methodologies: Agile and Waterfall.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.

• Good stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Team-oriented with the ability to work efficiently with different departments.
