Analyze user requirements, perform feasibility studies and impact analysis utilize strong business analysis skills and payment-related project experience.
Create a Requirement Definition document and get approval from the customer through the review session.
Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
Own and develop a relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the development team (including other country partner such as Vietnam, China, etc)
In order to ensure the software meets all functional requirements, work with the Tester team to create necessary test cases.
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or IT related field
3+ years experience as a business analyst
Excellent knowledge of payment business knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
Self-motivated, teamwork, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
Understanding of software quality assurance principles
A technical mindset with great attention to detail
High quality organizational and leadership skills
Good command of English. Expect to lead the engineer who is outside of Thailand. (Vietnam, China)
