Key Roles and Responsibilities:
35% IMC and Media Plan and Execution
- Develop and implement Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) plans for SSP campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams and key agencies.
- Manage the monthly media plan in partnership with key agencies.
- Managing scheduling for in-store and in-mall content to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
35% Branding Implementation
- Lead the strategy and execution of branding communications for all Supersports branding initiatives (both ongoing and campaign-based), managing the entire process from briefing, creative development, implementation, tracking, to post-evaluation.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and manage agency relationships to ensure consistency in branding implementation across all channels.
- Support Supersports activities that enhance brand positioning and engagement.
- Act as the guardian of the brand's visual system, working closely with the marketing and agency teams to maintain consistency in all communications.
15% Data-driven IMC plan effectiveness
- Analyze the effectiveness of IMC plans using data from media platforms and social listening tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis as needed to inform strategic adjustments.
15% House keeping
- Manage procurement, invoicing, contract, and budget processes in alignment with corporate timelines.
- Ensure all activities stay within budget while delivering effective results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in marketing communication, social media management, or brand-building campaigns, with a strong focus on strategy development and execution.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing, including content creation, social media management, and media planning, with strong knowledge of social media platforms.
- Proven experience in managing teams, partners, agencies, and cross-functional collaborations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable campaign and communication strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities. A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Awareness of design, digital marketing trends, and content innovation.
- Proficiency in English communication and presentation.
- Results-driven, with the ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of sports industry trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
