Responsibilities

Role & Responsibility                                                                                

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned to strengthen market position and drive sustainable growth      
  2. Translate brand elements into go-to-market and channel-development strategies with execution plan and timeline.
  3. Lead the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising to motivate the target audience to “take action”                                           
  4. Manage the product portfolio under brand umbrella to ensure an alignment with consumer needs and market trend
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including sales, merchandiser, front-line staff, digital marketing, and creative partners) to deliver integrated brand experiences
  6. Monitor and analyze market movement, consumer insight, brand performance, competitors' activities for decision-making and optimize marketing plan                  
  7. Manage financial P&L and control A,P,SE under the budget                                                       
  8. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns with ROI and KPIs             
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the brand and marketing strategies                                                                                                   


Qualification                                                                                                                

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field                              
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the FMCG or Fashion & Apparel industry
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies that drive market growth             
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams                                                
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making                   
  6. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, content creation, and analytics            
  7. Creative mindset and passion for developing innovative, customer-centric marketing campaigns                       
  8. Good with numbers (sales analysis, knowledge of P&L, budgeting)


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user-centered design
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
