Responsibilities
Accountabilities are statements of the important end results which the job must achieve. These statements should relate to an end result or objective which must be accomplished and against which some measurement of performance can be applied.
The Brand Designer is responsible for the execution of brand design strategies and graphic design projects within our food & snacks portfolio, specifically for non-potato chip brands. The successful candidate will demonstrate superior ability to drive design quality, from concept development to refinement, and execution.
Takes ownership of the visual identity for specific brands in the portfolio, working in collaboration with the Design Manager, Design Director, brand teams and marketing.
They work closely with global GSG for approvals and collaboration.
Generate creative design proposals (visions, scenarios, concepts) in order to visualize the desired output and share it with internal and external team members.
Participates in research activities and effectively translates customer needs into actionable design requirements, and apply those requirements into design solutions. Responsible for driving to final design recommendations, decisions and design approval to enable artwork execution / production phases.
Ensures thorough consideration of all project variables and that the final solution will perform as planned.
