Job Description
As an Associate Sales Development Representative, you’ll learn how to open doors and create opportunities. You’ll gain hands-on experience reaching out to potential customers, responding to inbound interest, and qualifying leads for our sales teams. You Will:
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and digital channels.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and qualify interest using defined criteria.
• Schedule introductory calls or meetings for account executives.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and conversations in the CRM.
• Learn to tailor outreach messaging to different personas and industries.
• Use AI-powered tools to research prospects and improve outreach efficiency.
• Track daily and weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings booked).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and handoff processes.
• Participate in training to develop discovery, qualification, and communication skills.
Requirements
• Some (1+ year) experience in Sales, prefer B2B experience. We're open for all industry
• Language: Japanese language working professionally + English communication
