JOB OVERVIEW
• We are looking for a highly experienced Automation Test Expert to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate is an Expat with excellent English skills, who possesses deep expertise in test automation, has worked across multiple domains, and is passionate about building high-quality software systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead Test Automation – Define and implement strategies for large, multi-domain projects.
• Advisory & Collaboration – Guide clients on best practices; work with PM, BA, DEV, and QA for alignment.
• Automation Development – Design, build, and maintain automated and performance test suites.
• Mentorship & Standards – Coach junior testers and improve testing methodologies.
• Requirements & Compliance – Propose automation solutions, manage documentation, and ensure standard
• 12+ years in Software Quality Engineering & Test Automation
• 5+ years in QA leadership roles managing teams of 10–20+ people
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
• Strong experience in building and scaling test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar).
• Experience in performance testing and Agile test management.
• Ability to consult, propose, and implement independent testing solutions for clients.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (Agile/Scrum & Waterfall).
• Experience working directly with end-users and international clients is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem analysis, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in mentoring and leading QA/Testing teams is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced, Certified Automation Professional) are an advantage.
